i was just wondering because i was at the local tuner shop and they had a vis cf hood for $480 while the versus motorsport cf hood was only $300. i checked out the versus cf hood and it looked to be ok in quality, but everyone on these boards rant about how good vis hoods are. so is are the vis hoods really worth that extra $180 or does versus motorsport hoods suck?

Since its local, why don't you ask if you can test fit the hood? Only you can compare them since you can see and touch both of them.
