Do any of you guys know the laws against having the nitrous bottle in your car when you get pulled over? Lets say you get pulled over and the cop sees the bottle, is it ok if it isnt filled or is there any other way that it is legal? Thanks

 

I beleave it depends on the state.

In most states its ok as long as the bottle is not attached to the line or something along those lines?

 

It varies state-to-state. I was told when I got pulled driving my friends car with a bottle in the middle of the back seat that as long as the bottle was closed i was ok.
