Default Low-beam trouble

So I got in my 93cx tonight and started driving to Shopko. The ride was looking kinda dark and i realized that both my low-beams were not working, but my high-beams were. So after getting flashed 100 times in my short drive i changed the fuses, thinking that that would do the trick, but that didn't work. I am going to check the bulbs tomorrow, but i don't think they would both go out at the same time. I took my cluster out the other day and have not used my head light since that, so i thought that might have something to do with the problem, and it also rained a lot so maybe something was affected by the rain, but that sounds unlikely. So what do you guys think? PLEASE HELP

i would guess it's the bulbs... it's odd that two would go out at the same time but ya never know.. try replacing them

you could check you wires and plug connections also i found that my cx the plug for the bulb comes loose and the headlight goes really dim to the point where it looks like a parking light so i checked the connection and they went right back on bright as ever

check your FUSES. In my 96 CX there are 4. 2 for the low beams and 2 for the high. Even if one blows both lights go out. I blew one not too long ago and I had to leave my car over night at work.

it makes perfect sense. you have H4 bulbs which are dual filament. one filament for low beam, one filament for high. one can blow without effecting the other. get new bulbs.
