I have gotten the code to unlock my radio (e.g. U1234L1234). Can anyone tell me how to unlock the radio? I mean, where and how to enter the code? thanks

I tried pushing the button, the screen will show "E" and if I press one more time, it'll show "ER"...follow by "ERR"...so, do i need to push any button and hold so that I can make changes? what about the characters "U" and "L"? I only see number 1-6 buttons only.

 

that's not a code problem then , there's something wrong with the cd player, it'll say

CODE when you need to type that in just push the buttons after that

 

you use first set of 4 numbers 1234, and second set of numbers 1234. call dealer and they can get your actual radio code. once you have 5 digit code. unplug negative battery cable for 1-3 minutes. reconnect cable, power up radio, put in 5 digit code, jam away.

 

your radio code is this: 52132. follow those other procedures if it says "err". your welcome

 

if you have tried 3 times to enter codes and did not work,, you need to disconnect battery cable for about 30 seconds, reconnect and reenter the code

 

help i have the code and it is an 1994 acura vigor and my code is 031135 how do u enter that and i only have 1-6 on my dash?
