I had to take the battery cable off my daughter's '01 Integra and now the radio is asking for a code. I was not aware that Acura's required this, and have no idea what the code is. We bought the car used four years ago and while we do have the manual there is nothing showing a code. Iknow with a BMW you can get the code from the dealer, I assume this is the case with Acura as well? Any other way to reset so the radio will play.

 

you need the code. it should be marked somewhere inside the glovebox, i believe? if not, contact the dealer and if it's the original cd player, they can tell you the code.

 

take the serial number off the back of the deck and take it to the dealer
