Default Water and black gas from muffler

my lil brothers car has water and some black stuff coming out of his unbolted muffler so its just the piping at the end that connects to the muffler...is this a bad block or what might be the result of it?

unburnt fuel.... Its just running rich... The black coloring is just carbon coming out with it.... This is quite common... And on a car with no muffler attached, its not suprising to see...

No worries, water coming out of muffler is normal, means your catalytic converter is still working. Black stuff is just carbon deposits.

No, blue smoke indicates oil is getting into the cylinder and white smoke due to the coolant getting into the cylinder especially with open deck blocks. Blue smoke is possible too with blown head gasket since there is also oil passages, most likely on closed deck block.
