Default Y7 to Y8 IM swap questions

Looking at swaping my d16y7 mani for a d16y8 (EX) mani. What year will work without needing to plug holes? Do I use the manual or auto? What parts will I need to make sure to come with it? Any tips on the swap? Hit me back or point me in the right direction.

Your going to need the complete manifold (TB, Sensors, Fuel injectors, etc.) etc from a manual. Along with the ecu. I think there is a way to use your current IACV/TB if you use the auto manifold. I would check http://www.d-series.org/
they would be able to help you better.
