Where are they now...
So I was checking out the H-T stock block thread, specifically for the H22's, and I got to wondering....Where are they now?
How many of those stock block cars that reached high **** power number are still running today?
Is the key in making you motor last even at high horsepower numbers based all in the tune and how heavy is your right foot?

Great question, as I do wonder this a bit too.
I can chime in though saying mine is doing perfectly well, after almost a a year at 330/245 on my stock gsr, we threw some race gas in and turned up the boost, made 450/325, went 11.6 on a 23" tire, going to head to Atco for a better E.T. on the 24.5's hopefully before the end of December.
Motor is completely healthy, although I do admit, I drive like a wuss around town.

I'm getting ready to atleast do a slight tune up on my H22 before I boost it.
I'm replacing the headgasket with a .030" Cometic MLS, ARP headstuds, Skunk2 Intake manifold and Ti-series cam gears, New Honda OEM: H23 manual timing belt tensioner, water pump, timing belt, balancer belt, cam plug, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket and oil cooler o-ring. It should be in really nice shape when I put the turbo setup on.
