ok.. so where can i get a program to make my own or what do i need to do my own...

for a 90 gs teg... im doing some research now, but i still like help

chip a p28, and you can run uberdata or another one of those chips. you will need to buy the burner as well

Ive heard a lot of both good and bad about reflashing the ECU's.

honda ecu's arent reflashed. unless it's a k series ecu. and what specifically have you heard?

so i checked that site out... i looked under the dlownloads, a program called Turboexe or something close to that if i dl it what can i run chip wise to mod my ECU ?? any sites for the chips ???

do you have any engine mod.
if so, get a kenji p06 ecu and he will make you a custom chip.
you will have to go with a obd0 to obd1 jumper hadness .

what rpm does vtec engage on a p28 ecu and what rpm is the rev limiter at?

Read through the site more thoroughly. There is a large amount of information there, and it will undoubtedly answer the majority of your questions.
