do i need all this... Jumper , resistor and capacitor when istalling the chip or is it safe to just install the chip with out all that?

Hell yea, because if you **** up then your car could be screwed and then youll lose a ecu, chip, and motor. And get a nice paperweight. AKA i wouldnt chance it.
