Should the spindle nut be replaced when changing to new rotors?
It doesn't need to come off when changing rotors.

Ok now i feel dumb. Ok cut me some slack guys, I have never done it so this is my first time haha. So the 6 mm bolts are the only things holding the rotor in place? I am looking at pages 18-10 & 18-11 on the Helms manual. I just remove them & the rotor should come off? (of course it may be stuck so i need to use those 8x1.25 mm bolts to push it out right?) Thanks[Modified by BLITZ, 10:44 AM 5/9/2002]

Take off the caliper and caliper bracket. Unscrew set screw. Hammer the **** out of the rotor if it's stuck. Reverse steps w/ new rotor.

those brake retaining screws can be a real pain to get out...i got an impact driver and it failed to do the job...i drilled them out, and was amazed how easy it was to use some needlenose pliars to get the threaded shaft of the screw out once the head was gone.
