passing emissions
I have a 2000 Si with a mild turbo set up. Im running a p28 ecu with the Hondata S300. Being that I have an OBD1 ECU in an OBD2 car, how in the hell do I pass emissions?

The short answer, if your state testing requires plugging in to the scanner, is you don't pass.
