hi im new on this forum .... first i was thinking to sell my engine to go k-series but now i changed my mind because i dint want to lose my a/c or my p/s lol
my car is an acura integra gs-r 1998 with 140 000km on it ( yeah km ) im in canada
anyways i have been looking on this forum for the past week and i cant find any good post about a realy good turbo setup
well here what i want to do
give u guys few idea
well first of all i need a turbo kit that will work with a/c ( summer are hot over here lol )
i want to run the car at 10 - 15psi daily drive so i don't want to leave the block stock
i was thinking to buy plenty of part from skunk2 ( intake / exhaust / camshaft ( turbo one ) + cam gears
but for pistons and valve spring I'm not to sure what to buy !!
money is not a problem ( i was with my girlfriend for 4 years and we where both saving money to buy a house but now I'm no longer with her so i got money to spend on thing i love lol :D
and for the turbo kit any one know witch to buy ?? or even post a good shop for installation i don't mind taking 2 week of vacation and drive to united state :D
but if i work on the block will the engine run good at 10+ psi daily drive ? i want like 350+whp all the time anyways thank you for the info !!
regards mike

first you'll want to not buy an intake, exhaust, and cams. you wont need the intake. the exhaust will be too small. and oem cams work great with boost. thing's you will want are forged pistons in 9:1cr, forged rods, upgrade the fuel system with a bigger pump, fpr, and injectors, and something like hondata or crome to tune with. along with the kit of your choice. peakboost and full race make nice kits if you have the money.
I would get the Peakboost Turbo Kit for your car. That's what I was planning on going with but I'm going all motor now. I think you should go with the Peakboost FTW.

they do have an ac compatible kit. pm member phoenixturbo.com on here for more info. the turbo kit you buy will have charge piping that connects the intercooler and tb.

10 to 15 psi? just get a drag kit man. get it over and done with. plain and simple. fits the a/c and everything.

you can barely see it but i still have A/C, cruise control and all that. but imma remove my cruise control and mount my FPR right there.

You live in Canada and can't do without a/c? I live in CA and have never regretted not having a/c, although it helps that I sold my leather and replaced it with the LS seats my buddy gave me.
