turbo gsr setup

i want to turbo my gsr i want to build my own turbo kit i will like to spend like 4 grand can anyone help me on what to get i want to be like 270whp-300 whp

spoolinperformance as some good things

The integra forum (as well as the Civic forum) is not well known for a great wealth of accurate knowledge of turbo setups.
