Default Disk Brake swap info

I'm about to swap the front and rear disks from a 1995 GS-R to my 1995 CX. What proportioning valve should I use?

I did a quick search and came up with nothing.

you need to use a 4040 valve
and a 15/16 master cylinder, i forget what one will bolt right up to the existing lines.

A 40/40 prop valve is out of a Civic or integra with no abs and 4 wheel discs right? Would a master cylinder from an Integra or Civic with 4 wheel discs work?
