Default T3 60-1 @ 23psi??

I hate to do this to you guys but I can't resist haha.

Does anyone have any dyno charts with a T3 60-1 .82A/R stage 5 wheel at 23psi on a 2.0L ls/vtec?

I'm finally tuning tomorrow for pump gas (again).....and C16 I'm just kind of curious as to what I should "expect" out of that turbo on 23psi (that's the highest spring you can get in a tial 38mm). If you need to know more about the setup, this lists it all: https://honda-tech.com/gara...=5250

I'm sure there will be some smart *** that will say 1whp or 1000whp blah blah blah so if that's what floats your boat then have at it...hopefully there will be one normal reponse haha. Thanks guys

It'd be sweet if I could get 500....but I think I'll only give me like like high 400's. I'd assume I'll need like 28psi for 500

why not pick a hp level and then run that much boost? Your not going to want a 23psi spring in ur wastegate, unless its a track only car.

Colletti's, why?

I do have a goal...it's 550, I just don't think I will have enough boost to make it there tomorrow. I don't want to use the TurboXS High Pressure boost controller because I don't feel like it's stable enough. And why wouldn't I want a 23psi spring in there? I need to get as much boost as I can somehow.

http://forums.evans-tuning.com...=1995 Nevermind, I guess I found it. Only significant differences: that had ITR cams and a full-race manifold.

84mm benson sleeved
Wiseco 8.2:1 pistons

T3/60-1 .82 ar

at 21ish psi made 424whp and 299 ft lbs tq. This was without any cam gear adjustments or anything, just tuning with air fuel and ignition timing. With someone like Jeff Evans, I am sure there is more power to be extracted from my setup.

Sorry, i dont have any info for you because i have no experience with this turbo. But i just had to say that the power that car makes is amazing. I honestly had no idea that a t3 60-1 could make that kinda power. Does anyone have a link to more info on this turbo?

i bet the endyn ported head had a lot to do with that as well. That is definetly a sick setup in that car... 500whp @ 6250rpm talk about powerband.

because with 23psi and street tires you are only going to be able to rev to 6k rpm before your tires break loose in every gear besides 5th.

I dynoed a friends car with that turbo But. in th smaller house (hi-fi). It was a 2.0 ls/vtec and it made 424 whp @ 20psi on pump gas and 501whp @ 20psi on C-16. It wouldnt make anymore power with more boost. It was out of steam.

It went 10.62 @ 137 in a 91 CRX street driven car with FULL interior

how is the boost controller not stable? i have a torque curve i could land a plane on with my turbo xs. to make 23psi in the 38mm gate means you're using 2 blue springs, i would start off by taking one of the springs out, cuz its not gonna be fun to do pulls with a 23psi spring in it to start off.

its not all that bad i mean if u want to run on the street, just take out one of the springs so thats not an issue. but a boost controller is easier. if u dont hit the number u want to bad u cant turn up the boost.

if i were to make a guess 23psi would hit around 525whp.

Well I just got back from the dyno and have some good news....and some bad news haha (f-ing figures). So with the 16psi springs in there it made 424hp & 281tq at 7800rpm. I make max power at 8000-8200rpm so I still have some to gain along with the more fuel. I couldn't go any further because we were maxing out the injectors......again. You can see this from how the A/F's climb up after 7500rpm. For those unfamilar with my problems, refer here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1791486.

Today I found out that my fuel pressure started at 58 and would start dropping as soon as I hit boost and was at 38psi by the end. So it's time to test a new regulator which will hopefully solve my problems and put me around 430 on pump gas.

I would think with 430 @ 16psi on pump gas that I should be able to break 500 @ 23psi on C16. Oh, and it's not like I will be running around on the street with the 23psi springs in all the time. I have the "Big Green+Small Yellow=16.68psi" in there for pump gas and then the "Big Blue+Small Blue=23.2psi"

Note: On the dyno computer it did say 424whp & 281wtq, but for some reason when I transferred the file it's only showing 408whp & 277wtq. Some of the chart got cut off at the very end. Although it's not done and I have another problem, I'm very pleased so far because 425 is what I was shooting for on pump gas. Plus, I have a few more ponies to gain.
