Default Seafoam Question

i have a 95 dx ..d15.. and i believe my rings are effed, burning oil significantly, the puff cloud, what would happen if i used seafoam? would it burn faster? as in get past the rings faster into the cylinders? let me know thanks

my brothers 96 accord used to smoke a ton, we used seafoam and it hasnt smoked since. As far as rings you wold want to redo them AFTER you seafoam so you dont f up the new ones. also change your oil after! hope this helps

well i don't plan on doing the rings, the 102 hp on a good day isn't reaelly worth doing rings on at almost 200k miles. so i'm trying to find out if seafoam-ing is going to make it **** oil?

if its your rings then seafoam wont hurt it more than it is, or help it for that matter.

if its your valve stem seals causing the smoke, then seafoam is gonna make it WORSE, cuz it will pull all the crud away from them.

if you are burning oil, dont waste money on seafoam.
