Default obd2 version 2 to obd 1 help

i bought a 95 gsr obd1 ecu and an adaptor harness and installed it on a 2000 gsr but when i start the car, the idle is below 100rpm and the car eventually dies. Anyone know why this is happening?

any help would be appreciated.

-thanks

any check engine light? Mine was doing that and it was the Idle Air Control valve (located on the back of the manifold)

i just chcked again and the tach does not even work. I don't get a check engine light, but the car doesn't even idle. It starts and dies within 2 seconds. The rpms sound very low though.

I'm not sure if its the harness of the ecu that is causing the problems. I had the harness custom made.

The person who made the harness obviously does not know what they are doing. Email me and I will solve your problems.
