Default EF CRX axle removal....

So i was going to pull my LS-Vtec thinking it was going to be as easy as it should have been.

Anyway, i can't get my passenger side axle out, everything is free from it's way. I tried prying on it, had a friend pry the top while i pryed the bottom; no result. It wiggles more than it did before...but i still cant get it off. I'm not sure what else to do, if worst comes to worst ill just have to pull the engine and trans with it attached, or just pull the axle assembly apart. Only thing i'm worried about is my LSD, cause i wanted to put it in my new trans (current trans has no reverse.) Just worried i messed up the LSD in the process.

Any help to get this thing out would be appreciated.

just a good ole pry bar is all you need. not sure why youre having so much issue. try rotating the assembly a bit.

OBX helical. It's only $300 but still. Yeah i cant get it out, so i just unhooked the boot from the CV and pulled the shaft off, it comes right off. But im still curious why it wont come off.
