Default CONFUSED.....TB question?

Ok, Ive done plenty of searches but none are helpful, I have these two TB's and went with the one on the left for my d16y7...it is on a z6 intake mani. Anyway need to know exactly where the FITV nipples on the bottom there should be ran to and from? Also, evap purge solenoid? where do these come from/go to on a d16y7? thanks for your wisdom. where do the two hoses here go?

It has two coolant fittings pointing straight down. Which one is this??? Also, I tried to put on a d16y8 throttle body the other day and I noticed thqt it bolted up just fine, except for one sensor that was not there? It was a green sensor with a magnetic center or something that bolted to the back of my old throttle body. I would like to put the y8 on but how do I make this work? Anyone have any pics.....I have done searches and cant really find what Im looking for. I would also appreciate a coolant line tutorial....since I have no idea where these lines really go. thanks for your wisdom.

the thing with the two fittings that are going down is your FITV (FAST IDLE THERMO VALVE).

The green sensor is your RACV (obd2 iacv)

you must reuse your stock Y7 throttle body, and you need to change the throttle rotor to the Z6 or Y8 rotor because the TB is now in a different position. The TB on the right is a Z6 with a FITV, the TB on the left is has an IACV (you must use this over)

the nipples on the bottom of the TB are for coolent, the second picture is a evap purge solenoid

I am currently using the throttle body on the left......DID A SEARCH.....not too helpful, which coolant lines do I run to each nipple on the FITV?

Also, the Evap Purge Solenoid has an inlet and an outlet right? where do these lines come from and go to? As of right now one is going to a catchcan looking thing on my firewall and the other (coming off of the EPS ) is comming right off the intake manifold.

Next, there is a sensor that was plugged into my intake piping......since I put turbo piping/BOV on there it is just hanging.....??? thanks for the help

Nowhere, wtf?

It's a '97...I thought they did away with FITV system's after '95.

Probably best just to loop 'em. Or use a diff throttle body.

theres a nipple coming off of your water tube on the back of your motor...that runs to one of those nipples..the other nipple goes to another nipple either on your intake manifold near the heater hoses or near the thermostat housings..

Ok perfect, then I have the FITV nipples hooked up correctly, now for the Evap Solenoid......right now I have one side of it hooked up to my evap canister line....and the other end is plugged into my intake mani....on the z6 its the one on far left top as you are looking at it. (it sticks straight up)

Can anyone confirm this to be the correct set up.....seems to run, and idle ok......

the z6 uses a smaller nipple then the y8 one does..so your gonna need something to reduce that big line into a smaller one..
