I broke one of my wheel locks on my wheel while putting it on and now its stripped so can I just break the entire stud off completely?

yep, then just take it to a tire place have them replace it for ya
it's not that much $ to have it done

or you could replace it yourself...

You can but i recomend replaceing it. They are relativley easy to replace. Is it on the front or back?

Drill the stud thru the middle of the lug nut, start with a small bit first and gradually get bigger, after that, use a BFH to knock what's left out, if there's anything, and a new stud.

pretty sure the spindle has to be pressed out to replace them but maybe not. maybe im thinking integras.
