happens to my car all the time but I have an h22 in a ej and the mounts keep the motor very stiff so I feel some vibration but nothing out of this world.

Its wheel hop.

It happens, if they dont spin then they will hop.

spinning is what causes hop dude. and hop comes from the struts not having the damping force or engine mounts wore out.

it could be your engine mounts are worn out. you can check them by holding the brake, and slowly pressing the gas then let off the gas real fast. see how much the engine moves. takes two people. dont give it to much gas or you will just torque the mounts, just a little bit see it if they move easy. if there real bad you can shake the engine by hand.

if there good, it could be your shocks.

my dirvers side mount was shot and when i would pull out my dash would shake hardcore. but when i fixed it didnt do it anymore then it usually did with my h22 mounts. also make sure ur not pulling out in 3rd gear lol. that will shake the dash pretty good if your not expecting it.

it just means you arent making enough power... make more power so it will just spin and the wheel hop will go away

in all seriousness, the front traction bar will help alot...
