Are D series Greddy turbo manifolds interchangeable?

Are D series Greddy turbo manifolds interchangeable?
Thinking about picking up a turbo setup from a member, but the turbo manifold is for a y8. I have a b7. Will it still bolt up? We're talking Greddy kit here.
