Greddy turbo manifold

Would a d series turbo manifold fit my garrett turbo? both are 4 bolt.

i have a t3 garrett turbo darn :\. Whats a good turbo manifold to run my turbo with? ive been looking around. Im going to be running 7 to 8 psi on a jdm d15b obd2 with stock internals and y8 arp head studs
