so the past two times i have changed my head gasket i would line up TDC and cam pointing up towards motor.

the skunk2 gear has two marks but they do not match the lines on the head. no matter if i skip a tooth or retard a tool it takes me forever to get it right. and when i do get it running i have to crank the dizzy all the way forward.

does anyone have this problem with a skunk2 gear?

no i don thave an Oem gear head came with the skunk 2.

and if your asking me why i changed the head gasket twice its becuase teh first guy didnt fing put in aligning rods, then second time my align rods were to long and i had to shave them.
