if its a balanced block/tuned car... i would say 9000rpm max if your car makes power.

edit: fully built motor

Stick it on a dyno, find where max power is...not much point in revving it till 9k if your only making max power at 8200.

I would say no more than stock. The only thing you've changed is the top-end's ability to handle revs, the bottom end is still the same rod/stroke ratio.

As has been said, stick it on a dyno and see where it makes power. More than likely it'll look like it just keep making power. I wouldn't recommend reving it past 7500. It's your car. If you've got a good tune then all the better.

get ARP head studs and rod bolts, and you can rev the expletive out of it, and still run efficient with a tune of course. But you dont want to rev past where the powerband ends cuz thats just useless and ricer. You should experience rev range up to like 9k.

Definitely do some research.... lots of topics regarding lsvtec set ups and all of its pros and cons of doing it. Typically, I tell people not to rev any higher than 8000 if the motor isn't built.

the bottom end is obviously an LS, so....with that im mind i would have to say 8000-8250 max.

DYNO it and see where YOUR power cuts off, whala! magic.
