I wouldn't even do 10 ... maybe 8.

10psi is ok ....as long as you have tuned right

"maybe 8" - naww
It can handle 12 with a good tune.
EDIT:
PS: That's on stock internals, up the internals and you can up the boost of course.
There was a rumor on here awhile back about a civic hatch runnin 35psi on a B16 w/ stock internals...even a clip of it - but nobody knows for sure what the deal on that was...

well im running 14 daily for the past 5 months on the TD04H but im up grading to the t3/t4 and putting a bigger head gasket and im doing the valvetrain so i dont know what i can push it to . yes its been very well dyno tuned
I think you need to search the "forced Induction" forum.
To help though: boost pressure has a factor as well as efficiency. Your 14 pounds of the TD04 is very different from 14 pounds on a good T3/T4 setup. The upgrade will be much more efficient (hopefully) and create more power at the same pressure. I would not go above 2x NA rated power on a stock internal motor (in your case do not go above 280-300 whp) for reliablity reasons, even with a good tune. But that is just me.
