Default failed smog check



well ya didnt pass on my idle level
on my result showed on the rpm column i was at 858 rpm idle how will i be able to fix this problem cuz its my only ride for school right now

well the helms book says there is a screw on the throttle body its the kinda big flat head one cant miss it. but everytime ive messed with the screw nothing happened and everyone on here is gonna tell you not to mess with it.

I can't make out your picture...too small.

But are you saying your failed smog because the idle speed was at 858rpm?

yes i failed cuz my rpm at 858 rpm how do i lower my rpm at idle

Probably the only good reason to live in Oklahoma.
NO smog testing or inspection stickers of any kind.

your throttle cable might be a little too tight, try to loosen it a bit, see if that helps
