Default lsvtec or b16/b18c1

I have a b16 head with stage 2 cams (crower) ferra valves(1mm oversized) ferra dual valve springs anr retainers, Im either gettin a LS block or a GSR block, what would b the power difference between the 2?....BTW what ever block I get Im goin to be usin forged piston and rods and its goin in my eg hatch currently b16 powered

it's basically the same thing as an lsvtec just inside the stronger b18c block
