running check engine
i need some help im starting to get pissed off bc today i was driving home from my friends house and all of the sudden my check engine came on....idk why, all i know is i put some regular gas instead of super a couple hours before that...can that be the reason or no? its a 2000 integra gsr
tighten your gas cap. If it isn't on all of the way vapor will escape and one of the emissions systems will cause a cel. Or go to autozone and have them scan it for you.

Maybe you should relax a bit and dont post 3 times from 2-9am expecting somebody to help asap when its 5am. Sticky post at the top of the forum shows how to check your CEL....that way you'll know wtf is wrong with it vs guessing.
im guessing he doesn't have an ob2 scanner, or doesn't know he can drive to a parts store and have it scanned.
edit: new jersey sucks when it comes to gas because they wont let you pump your own
some d00che bag put regular in my gsr one time when i was down there

That's what I am talking about! How about you pull the code first so that you can assess the situation! Common sense right!

You don't need a scaner, just a piece of 18g wire or a paperclip!

you dont need a scanner or to drive to the auto parts store to check the code. I use a paperclip and the integra FAQ.
