searched, need confirmation if this is correct
i posted this in hybrid and got no answers in a day or 2, so it will probably just get deleted here.
ok i have a 92 ls swap (obd1) b18a1 motor and cable trans, pr4 ecu
going in a 1994 civic dx
from searching this is what ive gathered:
b18a1 axles will do
hasport cable to hydro conversion
DC integra linkage
DC integra rear tranny mount
DC integra cam gear side mount + engine bracket
electronic vss from my current d series tranny
any b-series throttle cable
civic harness
Ls upper rad hose
dohc del sol lower rad hose
is this all correct and all i need? i hope so because the swap will begin in the next few weeks.

im doing the same info gathering for a b18b into my lx of the same year
i read the hasport mount stretches your cable or something
there's another make.. the innovative kit is are better
i think most of the mounts are a combo of the civic bracket and the integra mount
i might be wrong of the top of my head... someone had an exact list of them all somewhere
i dont know if i ever heard anything about a throttle cable
or maybe i just read over it

Here is a good book that covers all years for hybrid swaps. Click this link or cut & paste:
http://www.walmart.com/catalog...27190
Or not. The book is called "Honda Engine Swaps" by Aaron Bonk. $20.oo can't get any better unless you go to your local library.
Good luck on you swap dood!

i said "streteches your cable or something" meaning im not exactly sure why
there seems to be a common problem with hasport kit
thank you for adding depth to the thread AJxr

i read through that book at autozone, said nothing about what mounts to use just how to lower the engine into the bay... lame.
hmm... the only thing in question is the rear tranny mount and driver side mount... noone can confirm anything?

ah i see... but with the cable stretching... there is no cable involved, 94 civics have hydrolic clutches, the tranny uses a cable clutch. the kit deletes the cable and lets you use the hydrolic kit. i think you are thinking of the hydro to cable, which many people use to make hydro trannies cable activated for efs etc.
