For an Integra with 15" wheels, you should get tires that are 195/55-15 or 205/50-15. Both sizes are approved for mounting on rim widths as high as 15x7, so you could mount those tires on 15x7. But you're better off getting 15x6.

However, I don't understand why anyone in Southern California would get Ziex all-season tires, unless you drive your car to places where it snows...

A 10 offset rim? WOW, that will stick out a lot and probably rub. Why such high offset?

you mean why such a low offset old man neri
he probably like some people like that look...you are not going to be really stretching those tires on that wheel width...i have run 15x7 with a 205-50r15 with a 35mm offset and looks good and does the job just fine... that offset thou will make it a little bit harder for you to run a 195/55r15 without rubbing on the inside of you fender... you will probably have to run a 195/45r15 or a 195/50r15 to make it work which is not a recommended fitment for your car

so it turns better. besides i dont need to worry about running spacers and it looks real hard on a dc2. IMO

rolled my fenders.

i got 33 off-set right now, still not enough.

would you have problems if you get a tire size that won't be stretched for you wheels.

wheels with stretched tires look so ugly and you aren't even using the width the wheels were designed for.

it just looks funny.

your gonna need like a 155 or something to stretch on 7" wheels....i have 195/45/15's on 15x8's and the stretch isn't anything crazy..
