Default Effect of wheel width?

I've got 2 sets of wheels, one is 5" wide and has garbage tires on it and one is 5.5" wide with good street tires on it. I'm getting 195/60R14 Azenis for use as back-up autocross tires and to use at one region I run in that gives a 1 sec penalty to R-tires. Is it worth the extra $60 to get the streets mounted on the 5" wide set so that I can mount the Azenis on the 5.5" wide wheels?

I say put the Azenis on the 5.5 rims and leave them on. Who cares about the other wheels and tires.
