try changing out yout taransmission fluid first and see how it is. even though my manual was feeling ok(its my first manual car) i changed the fluid out since i keep up with the maintenance and i felt a difference so maybe that will help you out

if you dont know how to do this, here is a writeup i did a while ago that helped a few people out

yea change the fluids...if it still persist then most likely its your tranny bro...gotta get a new one or replace the synchros...i'd rather just replaced the entire tranny...my cousins y8 tranny did the same and soon 3rd and 2nd just gave out...he couldn't even go to gear...

last time my car did that, the clutch springs fell out and i had to replace the clutch. Make sure you have enough fluid in the reservoir and that there are no leaks and no air in the lines.
