manual tranmission fluid

i want to know for a manual tranmission, do we need to change fluid for it. And if yes, how we suppose to do that, or we need to bring it a shop.

I change mine about 1nce a year, and use honda MTF

it's as easy as an oil change.

I use 20w50 mixed with a little heavy gear oil to make it a little thicker...
