Default Car Running Rich!! Will a FPR Work??

I have a USDM H22 with minor bolt-ons such as Ebay Headers, Inrake, and exhaust...im also running DSM Turbo Injectors

The car seems to be running rich tho...I bought a Universal Fuel Pressure Regulator...If i install it, will it resolve this problem?

also, does anybody know a write-up on how to install it(yes, i tried searching already)...or could give me some tips on how to

most of those universal FPR's will not allow you to lower the pressure lower than stock as they are just top hats that slide over a cut bottom half. In order to do that you would need to get one like AEM or Aeromotive.

jea, i just want to install the FPR, so i can see at what level my fuel pressure is at right now...i dont really have any signs of the car running rich because no black smoke is comming out, but the car does idle pretty badly so i want to see if this could be a problem

How will a FPR tell you what level you're at? You need a gauge for that...

Why don't you go back to stock injectors?

wow dude..

im running 450cc right now too.. it runs like ****.. i dont drive mine, its in the driveway and im working on it.. theres NO way i would drive on those..

get a chipped ECU, and in Chrome (the tuning program) have somone adjust for those injectors rating.. its easy.. thats what my friend is doing to mine tonight.

hell, dude.. i SPIT fuel out the header when it actually runs, no way that is safe.. i suggest you fix that right away

but hes got an ebay header so it must be all good.... IMO go back to stock you dont need larger injectors until you either bump your compression and do some head work then you might be able to utilize those 450cc injectors.
