You'd gain a little from the polished valves and titanium retainers and you could rev a bit higher for more power from the dual springs & retainers

looks like a shitty deal. for $300 you can get RM springs and retainers. valves might cost you $250at most. so in my opinion, an extra $50 is worth it, to get quality parts.

Even with the stock cams?

Well, titanium retainers = less valvetrain weight for more power (a little) and higher rev limit.

Polished valves = better flow for more power.

Dual springs = safely rev higher for more power and less chance of valve float.

Correct me if I am wrong please, that's just the way I understand it...

Yes and no.

You can definitely squeeze a few more hp out of the stock cams, but don't expect record breaking numbers. What's the most whp out of an H22 with stock cams?

rev higher as in past fuelcutoff? how would you make more power? don't you stop making power after you hit a certain point in vtec?

Yeah, but usually when people have built heads they will have some type of engine management and they can set the rev limit/fuel cutoff to wherever they want. Also when people have built heads they usually have built the head to go with some more aggressive cams that will make more power up top...but yeah the stock cams will definately die out up there. Only thing I'm saying is tit retainers and dual springs will let you physically rev the head higher safely.

if you want to spend some money you can get the compelete head ported and polished with internals set up for 1500. But also factor you could sell your old head and make some money back its basically a new head.
