Default Brake Pads

Hi all. New to the board. Have a 98 Honda Accord V6 Coupe. Completely stock. Need to replace the front brake pads. Any tech articles on this or simple instructions I can find online? What tech manual do you all recommend? Haynes? I have done a pad change and various other things on my 95 Land Rover Discovery, so I have some tech skills/knowledge. Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thanks!

Procedure is very straight forward. Use a C-clamp to push the front piston in and a big screwdriver to screw the rear in. OEM Honda pads are just fine. Haynes manual is ok, but everyone here swears by Helms.

Sedan has Akebonno calipers, while the coupe has Nissin. Thus they are different. I found this out the hard way.

Edit: At least for the 4th gen and maybe 5th. Not sure about 6th. 6th is probebly the same.

I'm pretty sure that both the 5G sedan and coupe use the same Nissin calipers.

the 6th gen sedan and coupe both use the brakes off the Integra Type R (V6 models ONLY!!!). Thus they are the same. My car sure stops in a hurry when I push it so the integra type r must brake like crazy.

I forget whether the difference was between the sedan and coupe or sedan and wagon.

I have replaced my brake pads and had some trouble at the parts store because 2 part numbers were showing up, the guy just picked one, luckily I got the right pads, but what about next time? The computer didn't have a note on sedan or coupe. Any ideas how to help them figure it out? Anyone running "green/yellow/red stuff" pads on their 4th gen? Any thoughts on those?

I know for a fact that 4th gen sedan calipers are Akkebonno. EBC is ok, but not better than Hawk.
