have 98 dx hatch and want 99-00 front end what would i need

can i just swap everything?? or tell me if its not a direct bolt on... and also what do i need of course bumper lights and grill but would i also need hood and fenders???

Yes you need hood and fenders as well. Some argue that you need the bumper support or radiator support (can't remember which) as well for optimum fitment, others disagree.

There are kajillions of threads on this. Search around and I'm sure you can find someone who has done the swap successfully.
