i dont think that you would only need the motors in the auction he states that you would need the whole headlight with the motor and everything already on it...you could probably do it all separetly but i think that would just cost too much

well VW, BMW, Lexus, and I think some Mercedes have automatic headlight adjusters. They adjust as you turn your car

STIs and evos I know have them.

I message the guy yesterday. I asked if he had the motors. he said that the headlights have a molded bracket with the motors on them. So I ask him for the headlights. He says he doesn't have them and over there they are 400-500 a set.

I would imagine over here they would go for a lot.

I have never seen or heard of this option before.

This can't really be too hard right... You need a motor with some sort of gear that mates to the edge of the adjustment screw... Probably a servo that gets you positional feedback cuz' the switch seems to have 4 descrete settings.

a lot off cars have them over here, there supposed to be used when you've got a lot of ppl in the car or some weight in the back, most ppl just leave it on 0 and never touch it, you only need it if your dazzling ppl with your lights and they keep flashing you for it.

there were little motors mounted to the back of the headlights that spun the adjuster wheels... it was a feature for 4th gen accord wagons (as well as others, of course) in europe so you could aim your headlights down a bit if you had a lot of weight in the trunk.

i have one of the switches, and one of the guys on cb7tuner (usc) had bought a set of brand new EDM headlights a number of years ago that came with the motors on them... trying to find the picture.

i bought a usdm headlight for my 5th gen a while back... since mine was busted...
i live in holland... and mine did have the adjustable thingy... never used it.... and when i got the usdm headlight i noticed it didnt have the motor on it...

it's a completely different back housing on the headlight...

most hondas have that option here... i think starting from the 88 model crx and civic... maybe even the model before that..
