Default need opinions asap (head damage??)

ive been offered a b16 head for my ls/v build for cheap. claims to have a "streetport" and the guy said that his rod bolts stretched on #3 and he got minor piston to head contact, but he contacted portflow, alaniz and they said that it was very minor and could just be cleaned up in a valve job...

so opinions?? (see pics below)
ported or no?

i honestly dont see any damage...

In the second picture on the lower left you can see a little scarring on the valve.

Itr factory style port job, you can see it in the bowls.

Looks like some minor damage on the intake valve and exhaust valve on the left side. Nothing a good headshop cant fix anyways.
