why does everyone feel the need to abbreviate short words? i mean, how hard is it to spell out LITTLE, or WHY or YOU?

but other than that. you need a new manifold! but to you for doing something with the ZC. i dont see that very often.

I would have to say this is the first time I've seen that engine in something besides an EF.

Actually the highest WHP ZC I've ever seen is in a 92-95, but they are usually in the OBD0 cars.

Are you street tuning or dynoing??

I can see it easily being done with an OBD1 DOHC ZC, OBDII-OBD1 ECU harness and an OBD1 ECU. You could use the same OBD2 dizzy and depin it for the cam sensor I'd imagine.

I'd think that the injectors would limit you more - ~240whp at most, assuming you have a relatively new OEM pump. You also have the stock rods/pistons to worry about. ZC rods are close to LS beefyness, but even thats not saying much.

I would like to see a totally stock ZC turbo do 240+ whp though

I think 240 can easily be done on a stock motor if you just replace the HG and studs.

I didn't even look at his injectors, but I agree, they will probably be maxed out at the 230-240 range. You should look into some 440 or 550s.
