Default Weird Lighting problem

I have this weird problem with my civic
when i turn on my headlights i have no interior lights or rear running lights.
but when i only have on my corner lights i have all instrument lights and the rear running lights.
what could this be, i know prolly a fuse but i checked the headlight fuses and they were ok, plus the headlighs work, just not in conjunction with the inside lights

The rears may be on a separate fuse, as is the case with my truck. It has been a while since I looked at the fuses in my car, but when my GM dealer fixed my tranny under warranty, they forgot to plug my rear wire harness.

Luckily, I noticed that none of my turn signals nor brakes worked, as they had before the work, so I figured they forgot to plug something in.

In any event, the rear lights may be on a separate fuse, and this is what is causing your trouble.

it fixed itself?
i am thinking it was my dash leds
i had changed all the bulbs out to leds a while back, when they arrived it warned me not to turn the lights on and then start the motor, always start the car then cut lights on ?
but it fixed itself

problem is back

I can either have ( parking lights + dash lights + tail/licence lights) or i can have ( headlights ) and nothing else....

when i go from parking light position to lights, the dash and rear lights will all cut off...
what could this be, all fuses are working and all the lights work, just nothing together

i have no idea what is wrong with this car.
