First of all.. honda never made lsvtec
Honda never made lsvtec turbo.

Time to figure out just what question you're actually asking.

Im pretty sure what he meant or has is a internally stock ls bottom and stock valvetrain/cammed vtec head....

My buddy has one 6 psi and spins hard through 1st and 2nd on street tires. mid 13 second car. Only mods are a type r head with ctr cams. type r IM and T/B

 

here is mine re dynoed since then @ 515 WHP now i can post new dyno graph later.

 

i just tuned a completely stock LS/vtec set up. what i mean is, stock pistons, sleeves, cams valvetrain, and intake manifold. with 450cc injectors it made 307@11psi of boost from a t3t4 57 trim turbo
