Brake shudder earlier than expected?
In the middle of August i put new rotors and pads on my '94 Accord EX (what a PITA!). I bought brand new Napa Rotors and some mid-grade pads, nothing special.
The weird thing though is that within 2 months the shudder was back and I have no idea why? I cleaned the rotors thoroughly before install and have done many sets of brakes before on other cars but have never had this happen.
Has anyone ever had this happen before? What was the problem? I'd hate to have to pull it all apart again (rotor between hub and bearing is stupid), is there some kind of way I can try to rig them back to smooth?

Could you define "shudder"? Is this a shake-n-brake? Look and see if the rotors are glazed, very shiny or mirror like. If so the pads are of a too hard compound.
Wagner thermal quiets are a good aftermarket pad.
I've gotten warped rotors right off the shelf from parts stores before, they might need to be resurfaced.

Hmm.. Sounds like your crappy pads don't work very well with your crappy rotors.. One thing I've learned is that when you use OEM rotors, you have to use OEM pads.. So I've used the same theory on aftermarket rotors and pads.. It just makes sense..
But anyways.. If you've got brake vibration, the best thing to bring it to a reliable shop and request them to machine the rotors. On that generation of Accords, the only way to resurface them properly is to do it on the car. Not only do you get a smooth surface, but you get the Honda recommended true-to-hub finish.
