one of them has five prongs and the other has only three... any input should help

Looks like ones for a rear fog..

I have one with 3 prongs for my rear and it looks similiar to yours

 

it looks like the one on top in the first pic is fog, the second one looks different. would you want to sell one of them?

 

Both for front fogs the top one has a light that lights up when you press it, i have the same one the rear fog switch lines goes straight not down. So to answer either you r choice
