what power gains am i looking at from a built head?
by built head i mean along the lines of (either b16a, b18c1 or b18c5) port and polish, crower/itr cams, dual valve springs, ti retainers, 3 angle valve job, skunk2 im, aem cam gears. raised redline to about 8500...
what power gains are we talking here with a stock bottom end. would this be a good idea with a stock bottom end.
anyone have this or something similar to this?

if you are running a VTEC head, I would suggest something other than the crower cams. Go to the type r forum, they are running JUN, TODA and skunk2 cams. IM int3gra he has a link to some article that compares all the cams unbiased. Stock ITR cams end up being the best.
with a full portflow job and components, some toda spec Bs,cam gears, and good tuning,i would expect upwards of,lets say 35whp, to be on the conservative side.
how about a stock itr head on a stock gsr bottom end? what difference are we talking here?
