bad idle 1800-2000 RPM ??? searched!!!

Should I reduce the fuel in the 1k rpm?? I have tried adjusting the screw on the TB but still wouldn't fix the problem...I'm sure that there is no vaccum leak because the gauge is reading @ 21 vaccum. Thanks in advance for the help.

Dose it idle up and down? check/clean your TB,IACV,and FITV
