My buddy DC2 making 344whp on a mustang dyno
I want to start by thanking Dave from The Whip Factory for coming to Des Moines and doing a hell of a job tuning these cars on Neptune the and Civic that made nice numbers on all motor (if you want to hear more about that coupe and see the video its on here (search for user anme Dinko)
My buddys DC2 (he spends most of his time on Ebay so thats why I'm posting it for him.on a mustang dyno, basic LS/VTEC built to 9.0:1. Crappy manifold (not sure he he doesnt know the brand either) I think its a Garret T3/T4 57 trip 63a/r, but thats just a guess. Its running a AEBS IT mani and a rocket m21 I believe (don't quote me). Crower duals and retainers, and a basement port job. The owner Bill did the build and I didn't the assembly and I didn't think he had it in him (considdering when I meet him he had just done LS/VTEC stock head to his stock block and it took him 2 weeks and he could hardly change his own oil (Bill if you read this I love ya kid but its true). I have held his hand through alot of work but hes got the skillz now and my car is still slow.
Also like the title says its on a mustang dyno and the man running it didn't know
**** about dynoing anything FWD(no offence but its at a machine shop in Des Moines, IA, and they do very good machine work, but most of it on tractors, Semi Trucks and V8's, but i can't hate because the owner is cool as **** and they have done all the machine work on my car and the Integra in the video.
J/K J/K J/K and thats to who ever I got that pic from along time ago.
I'll try to get more details of the car if everyone wants. Also keep in mind except for Adi Redoncic's DC2 (rest in peace or is pieces , and Adi's old hatch Iowa has not seen much except of a JRSC 97 ITR that has made power as far as Honda's. Iowa is all about DSM's, and not by my choice.

Re: (k20whitevic)
I would bring the car to cedar but the new slicks arnt here what but we do have the Lensos for it. Still waiting for him to stick his thumb back up his and make his mind up on size. Oh, and last time I was at Cedar there was sand and loose rock on the staging lane and at the light, mt Civic is slow and I heated the **** out of them and still spun them the whole way down. Sorry, but also the last time I drove there we got pulled over 3 times on the way there and 2 times on the way back and the navigator knew a faster way back to Des Moines, and we saw a sign that said Iowa City 7 miles.
You come to KC on the 3rd and you can see it on this setup, I'm gonna try to get him into a 60-1 and a new mani this winter .

For those who were asking, he put down an 11.93 on his first run on slicks ever at Battle in Joliette, Chicago. Just wanted to keep you updates. Hes gonna be running tomorrow also and with a little practice under his belt there should be better times to run on Saturday.

Just an update about this car. He won the Street Comp class at Battle in Cordova couple months back with a 11.92. He was running M&H slicks. Word about the win made it back to M&H so they made him "racer of the month". Theres more pics and a little about the car. on the site. And yes, he a tall goofy looking bastard.
