oz 17" superleggera on 96 GSR

I plan on lowering my car with the pro kit/kyb agx, will I have any problems with a 17" oz superleggera 205/40/17. (37 mm offset)

Where are you going to get the rims and the tires from?

I'm in Canada (toronto region) so I've narrowed it down to wheels direct or tireworks and I'll prob. get Kumho's,
